After talking with us to determine if advanced funding is right for you, it's time to begin the process. |

After you enter into the purchase and sale agreement, the process takes anywhere from four weeks to three months. Six weeks is typical.

Step 1: Apply
 Complete the application and authorization forms, or call us at 1-866-817-9749 and we'll send them to you.

Step 2: Enter into the agreement
Your application and authorization forms are reviewed.
You are sent an agreement packet to sign and return to us after a brief waiting period has passed as required
by your state law.*
*Your waiting period may vary depending on location. Please refer to instructions sent with agreement documents. Depending on
the state and/or circumstances, additional forms may be required.
Step 3: Wait for approval
Our legal team will prepare and file the necessary documents to obtain a court date.
We'll notify you of the date and whether or not you are required to appear.
The court approval is obtained.
Within 24 - 48 hours of receiving court approval, we will wire funds to your account.
The process is complete. You get your cash.
